Joe Johnson PhD

CEO Founder
Joe is an entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial Leadership. Formerly, he led Welfont to become the fastest growing real estate brokerage company in the history of the Inc. 5000. He has also been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, and named Entrepreneur of the Year by CIO Look Magazine. Joe’s strengths entail entrepreneurial leadership, strategic planning, and new product development.

Brad Atchison

COO
Brad brings over 28 years of experience in events, education, operations, and sales management and over 15 years in executive leadership in fast-paced emerging companies. He excels at building productive teams with efficient operations, and has a strong ability to attract, lead, and retain top talent. Formerly, Brad led the world’s largest business seminars as COO with over 150 employees under his care.

Heidi Boykin

VP of Operations

Heidi has years of event sales and operations experience. She has closely worked with Joe and Brad for years. Her focus has been implementation of big picture plans into reality, whether it’s recruiting, hiring, training, systems implementation, or improving operational performance. Formerly, Heidi oversaw recruiting, training, and development for Get Motivated Seminars and Welfont.

John Marriott

Chief Marketing Officer

John Marriott is an experiential marketing veteran and has produced over 200 consumer events from New Hampshire to Hawaii, and Puerto Rico to Portland. He also has deep experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, with a digital communications career that began as a Signal Corps officer in the U.S. Army.  He excels in startup and early-stage companies and has led several organizations in functions including CEO, COO, CFO and CAO.

Lauren Mallette

VP of Events
Lauren has over 15 years of experience producing and managing some of the largest business events in the country. She has worked with hundreds of venues and hotels throughout North America to execute events that range from intimate dinners with former US Presidents to corporate seminars with 40,000 attendees. She manages all logistics of the event from venue bookings to onsite management.

Matthew Rayburn

VP of Business Development
Matt is a business development and strategic relationship professional with wide-ranging experience. His career spans the business spectrum, from non-profit leadership and fundraising to commercial real estate and entrepreneurial management. Originally from Atlanta, Matt has spent much of his life engaged in the Christian business community as well as the Christian event world.

Matt Maggio

VP of Sales

Matt has spent the past 15 years in the financial education space.  Formerly Matt was the Director of Sales and Operations for Rich Dad Education ending his tenure there as VP of Business Development.  He specializes in building/ training sales teams to thrive while maintaining a high level of ethics.  Matt is an optimist with a naturally encouraging energy. He inspires others with his limitless view of life.

Jeff Krupnick

Finance Director

Jeff has over 20 plus years of financial experience. His career includes working for some of the US’s largest Financial Institutions, and a global live entertainment company. He brings a diverse background of financial knowledge in banking, financial analysis & accounting.

Benjamin Justice

IT Director

Benjamin joins the team with 17 years of experience architecting technology initiatives for top ranking private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, Defense contractors and government integrators. With a career encompassing all disciplines of information technology, he leverages his expertise in big data and cybersecurity to deliver the infrastructure to support and protect our brands and customers.
